a. Allows the consumer to verify the products purchased: Scanning the QR code on the product or documents attached will give a clear message stating the status of the product purchased. This service will eliminate counterfeits of brands protected by our service.
b. Allows the consumer to register a complaint: The consumer is allowed to register a complaint and such complaints will be primarily attended by the ATPL back office and then informed to the brand-owner’s office if needed. The brand owner also can see and handle each complaint. The consumer can track the complaint until the problem is solved satisfactorily.
c. Collecting feedback from the consumer: A feedback form, dynamically designed for each brand is available and this feedback will be consolidated by ATPL back office and inform the brand-owner helping them in handling their sales network and formation of their sales policies.
d. Sharing more product/brand information with the consumer: For example when the consumer scans the QR Code on a food product we can give access to recipes and cooking videos using this food product. It can be an updated operation manual for an electric or electronic item, or a brand promotion video! A seed company can use this feature to educate their consumers in taking care of the plants in different stages of their life cycle.
e. Activating warranty of electronic/electric equipment and devices: Scanning the QR Code on the product and after confirming the product is original the warranty can be automatically activated with a confirmation of phone number. The brand owner will have an easy reference when the consumer asks for a service based on the warranty of the product. This service will also make the warranty claim easier for a consumer!
f. More customized features for Brand-owners: As the structure of the system is flexible it is possible to customize the product for a particular brand-owner for his requirements without affecting the quality, reliability, and performance of the system.
g. We engage the consumer with the brand: Our system closely engages the consumer with the brand as many services are served via this interface. The brand owners spent huge amounts of money on advertisements to engage the consumers with the brand. Our service will help to establish a better bond between the consumer and the brand.
h. Our service is also a sales promotion system: Our service also will do many levels of sales promotion based on the product verification process. Based on the consumer contact we will be able to check the history and propose ‘special offers’ to the consumer. We will be also taking the opportunity to introduce other products of the same brand-owner to the consumer. Our system will also work as an online store for all products of the brand owner consumer’s visibility will be limited to the brand owner’s products only for various reasons. We have features to promote sales with ‘special offers’ to all existing consumers at random or on special occasions like New Year, Diwali, Christmas Etc. We are also open to customized sales promotion activities for brand owners.
i. The protected brand will be the most preferred: The protected brand will be the most preferred brand of the consumer and it will help to retain the consumers for the brand-owner.
j. Brand owners have no hidden costs and overheads: Our back office will primarily handle consumer complaints and collect consumer feedback at no extra cost. It will help the brand owners reduce their consumer support costs considerably. We gain good profit by sales volume and promoting the consumers to continue on their brands is our interest too. Some of the sales promotion activities are billed but at prefixed rates and are optional.
k. Our service is safe: We are using technology but our basic system does not depend on technology. So whatever may be the development of technology our system will stand stable and service our customers. We are using Internet infrastructure only to link the consumers and brand owners to access our core service platforms.
l. Our service is open: Our product verification service is open to all consumers with internet access. They need not depend on phone apps to verify their purchase of our protected products.
m. Consumers are safe: The consumers will get a free replacement with the original unit if they ever come across a counterfeit product in our protected brands. We have designed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to handle this.
Perfect brand protection: It is impossible to counterfeit a brand/product protected by our system. We have devised a Standard Operating Procedure to avoid all risks associated with such systems.
