Verification Process

1. Congratulations for purchasing a product protected by ConfirmOriginal.Com.

2. Scanning the QR Code on the product/packet will automatically take you to ConfirmOriginal.Com

3. You can select your language.

4. Enter your phone number (It is optional for some products)

5. Enter the number displayed in Captcha.

6. Press the submit button.

7. The system will give you a clear message confirming the status of the product.  For example "Congratulations, the Product You Purchased is Original" and the brand logo will be displayed.

8. You can give feedback or register a complaint.

9. You can see videos if the brand owner wants to give you more information in a video.

10. You can see all the details shared by the brand owner.

11. You can use your phone number to keep track of complaints registered.

12. If NOT original system will say "The Product You Purchased is Doubtful" and will ask for your contact details.

13. Our office will contact you in a few minutes and after a primary verification we will arrange to deliver you an original unit.

14. We will report the store to the brand owner after confirming the presence of counterfeit products in the store.
